NMRIH - does not launch on linux (already read before posting)
- What is your issue exactly? - NMRIH stopped launching, after i played it for 13 hours, with continues in game crashes from ~30m. to ~1h. of play time intervals (description: screen and sound freezes in game for several seconds, after freeze, the application terminate itself and drops back to desktop with no message, but after this it was able to relaunch the app.)...
After last crash, it just stopped launching (description: app. starts with loading screen "zombie face" and before any options appears: "find server; create server; etc..." it just terminate itself with no message and drops back to desktop continuously, not allowing to fully start the app at all.
- What is the exact message? - There is no message.
- Do you have a screenshot? - I do not see anything to screenshot.
- Can you reproduce this issue by repeatedly by doing one thing? - Even thou my sys. req. overwhelms the min. req. presented in STEAM Store... I run the app. on minimal monitor resolution ~700x400 with "low" or "off" all the options in "advansed" video options to run it with more or less smooth fps, but still it laggs due to fps loss, when fire textures and plenty of zombie models appears and most recently freezes and crashes in such moments.
Before reinstalling "Linux Mint OS from 17.3 ROSA" (I played ~6 hours NMRIH on it through STEAM, either it crashed itself or I quit the game, later on I tried to launch it and got the same issue described above... "Could not run app. further, after "zombie face" with no message")...
Until I reinstalled OS to "Linux Mint 18 SARAH" then NMRIH worked for 13h. through STEAM and repeated completely the same problem once again.
- What operating system are you running? - Still using "Linux Mint 18 SARAH x64"
- What have you tried to fix it? - First of all i did not installed any of new soft on OS and did not changed any drivers which could cause app failure, I looked for solution in different topics, but didn't find any advice except: "verify integrity cashe in > local files" and "set launch options -dxlevel 80 or -dxlevel 81 or -dxlevel 0800 (not sure if Linux uses direcx)... but non of theese brought any visible effects.
- Does your computer meet the minimum requirements? - CPU: Intel Pentium D 3.0Ghz x2 (Linux default drivers for chipset); 4GB RAM; GPU: Nvidia - Quadro FX 1700 (Linux Driver Version: 340.96)...

Checking forum for the solution, I noticed that some of windos OS users also got similar problem as i have, but I did not found any workable solutions.

Sorry for long post!
With best regards - Noia.

Could you check to see if it is generating a dump file for you and if so could you upload it somewhere for us to take a look at?
I sent the dumps to: support@nmrih.com from "noia gmail acc"

I had similar issues when I first went to Windows 10. I had to uninstall the network drivers and reinstall them. I also had to delete a steam blob file or something like that. I don't remember the second part that much. Godspeed.
