It isn't using the RE4 soundtrack,though I think some tracks are inspired from it,still it's not taken directly from RE4.

Umm, is your hearing out of wack? You should perhaps buy the soundtrack for NMRiH, and listen to every track, as these two youtube videos don't come anywhere close to what the NMRiH soundtrack sounds like. Nice try, but the NMRiH soundtrack is 100% created from scratch, from body, from soul, from the heart.

Play the game some more, and actually listen, instead of falsely accusing something of copyright infringement.
