Report a translation problem
I've never had an issue with Steam not telling me my CD Key for a game, so this is strange. Even if GFWL was having an issue, I don't see how that stops Steam from telling my what my key is, when I bought the game years ago.

If you have windows 7, 8, or 8.1 you will probably need to do step 4 and/or 6 to prevent the majority of freezes and crashes. You should also do step 2 to disable GFWL. I'd also highly recommend installing and using the save manager CASM which is mentioned later in the thread.
What? I don't understand.
The GFWL disabler mod has absolutely nothing to do with steam. It's a third party site:

That site isn't the most reliable though, but I assure you the mod is there. Clisk the "files" tab then "download manually"
As for steam support, you need to make a new account specifically for a support ticket. You don't use your current steam account.
