Steam dont show me my Fallout3 GOTY CD-key

I want to update the game, because i cant see some models like the armor from the enclave.

I've bought this game on Steam.

You have the Steam version of the game, it's already up-to-date. If something is missing, your install went wrong somehow. Verify your game cache.

You can do that by right-clicking the game in your Library, going to Properties, then the Local Files tab, and then clicking the "Verify integrity of game cache..." button.

You also don't need a CD key. Please read this thread:

Ok, i must do step 3 but after i started the patch the game started and whats the next step?

Been having the same problem--turns out CD Keys are no longer issued for Fallout 3 :(

..thats BS, if they arent issued then they need to pull the product from steam. Makes me feel like Im playing a pirated copy of the game I paid for.

Guys, they aren't issued because *you don't need one*. Read the help topic pinned to the top of the forum.

All the people saying no CD Key needed, if you reinstalled the game and don't backup the DLC for all eternity, you would need it to get what you paid for! I have the GOTY edition and yet I'm forced to find the DLC files on the internet. Before anyone says a thing about piracy (they usually do), I paid for the damn DLC and I can't legitmately download it anymore thanks to microsoft.

If you have the GOTY version it COMES WITH all of the DLC. Download the game through Steam and the DLC automatically downloads with it. You are completely wrong about needing to pirate the DLC. "I can't legitmately download it anymore thanks to microsoft." Nonsense. Please don't spread such terrible misinformation.

GFWL doesnt even "come up" in my game, i can bring it up but it doesnt force its self to come up like other games

I disabled GFWL, i installed the patch and the newest version of .Net and this guide doesnt help ?! Whats the problem ? D*:

sorry. just amazed at what i'm reading.
no one has any idea what you've done wrong with what little info you just provided.
sounds to me like you had missing or corrupted files and needed to verify the games cache, but did a bunch of stuff from BenWah's guide instead.
