What happens if you dont kill the overseer in the beggining ?
Will the vault still be in confusion when you return there ?

Yups, only led by the overseer all vault 101 dwellers loved and disrespected ;)

If you kill him then there's going to be a new overseer, but if you let him live then it's going to be a father vs. daughter conflict later on.
