You could always pick it up on sale, try it out and then refund if it doesn't work. It should be able to run it.. I think. I'm just saying that off the top of my head given this game is over nine years old and by today's standard even a cheap integrated GPU should be enough.
The NVIDIA 6 series had a base clock of 450MHz and the Celeron N3060 only has 350Mhz for its integratd option.
THe ATI Radeon x850 has a clock frequancy of 500MHz.
So even then the OP does not meat the minimum system requirements without a dedicated GPU.
But try to run it anyway, you can get a refund If it doesn't work.
