You can see a poster referencing Scarface in the Church, it has Krotchy has the main character. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=443272085
The barn doors in the Milk section is a reference to The Walking Dead http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=443272206
Sometimes you may find a pink soap that says F*ck Club, obviously referencing David Fincher's Fight Club http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=443271979
I think the boss Two-Ears is a reference to Borderlands, since the game also introduces bosses that way (with a little joke describing the boss). http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=444432779
The B*tch is possibly referencing Kill Bill http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=443272353
In the arcade, there's a game called STOCKER: Clear Aisle, which is a reference to STALKER: Clear Sky. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=443271841
Multiple monitors in PU Games also have parody names of famous website like 4chan (8ballz in the game) and reddit (f*ckitt in the game).
Thank you for the Postal III guy and Dopefish, I'll check those later!
Easy one --> Silence of the Lambs, hence the Lamb doll.
In Postal 2 that same jail cell used to be empty and simply have the name "Anthony Hopkins Suite". Anthony Hopkins was the name of the actor who played the Hannibal Lecter character in the classic Silence of the Lambs film.
Great compilation btw.! I'm still looking for easter eggs myself and have only had a small peek at some of the easter egg videos for P.L. but I can only guess there's a lot to discover. I only knew about half of those which you posted (The Walking Dead one I spotted right away haha) and am actually trying to find some of the easter eggs that are being discussed on this very hub.
[EDIT]:
I found this YouTube user a little while ago who has seemingly discovered all of the easter eggs in P.L. (except for the ones introduced in the most recent update). If anyone's interested -- I've posted all 3 videos. As someone told me on the Postal 2 hub before, a few of the easter eggs shown here are from Postal 2 and/or Apocalypse Weekend... but I didn't know about these old easter eggs still ;)

On Friday, you can find the Wise Wang(or Wise Man) in Saloon's Jail.
Well, if you get close to the sheep, it just squeak.
Also the introduction of the DLC is a reference of the introduction of POSTAL III (comic based style) and the most obvious.
