Has anyone worked out how to get the true ending?

I know it's likely against the point of this style of game, but is there a way to reset everything and try from the very start? I want to read more. I want to consume more. There is secrets left unfound, and knowledge left unknown. If no one has the answer, then I will simply have to make the answer myself. I have a question about the end of the game. Is it possible to actually solve the mystery? The game strongly hinted that I could figure out the answer to a particular question, but I felt I had exhausted all possibilities and still didn't really know the answer. Is it possible to know the wolf's true name? ...

i found a way to soft-lock the game i don't 100 % know everything i did but here goes: had to have gotten both the thief and the mushroom ending , then choose the devil as your godfather , when you run into the toad choose the option your godfather is the devil and steal his things , get to the village and go back home and say you aren't ready this sends you back to the village with no other options to advance ( you can't talk to the toad and there no more endings going back into the forest .[/s...
