None with TEHO in Windows 10, but plenty enough with other games. If you don't have to go with Windows 10, don't.

How would you like to discover that a Windows update messes up one of your favorite games, but the update is mandatory and cannot be refused or turned off? And the updater keeps reinstalling itself and running no matter what you do to keep it from it? And will pop up in the middle of a full screen game causing the game to crash? And downloads a 5 GIG update? (Hint: tell WIndows 10 you're on metered bandwidth. It will still pop up a few times a day but won't do the actual download without permission.)

Other than that, I like Windows 10. Except for the apps.

If you've already been infected with that particular malware, your only option is to go with it. It won't affect TEHO. If you have a working version of Windows 7, cherish it.

I play on Windows 10 and don't have a problem with this game. Well not from windows 10. Anyway, if you install it the screen may be small. I think the way to fix it was a file called config.exe in the game folder in the steam folders.

Apparently I don't own any games that have issues on Windows 10 and in fact the only program I have ever had a Windows update break was my Razer Surround, but the next Razer update fixed it.

I play some games that are no longer updated.

One example of a problem is a predecessor to TEHO: Pirates of the Caribbean (which has an excellent mod in New Horizons). It cannot be played without a frame rate limiter because the frame rate is so high that movement is slowed to a crawl. Sounds like a paradox, right? :) But when you are indoors it can take up to a minute to turn your viewpoint 180 degrees.

I have had no problems with TEHO under Windows 10.

That's interesting, because I actually have that installed and have played it recently and it runs just fine. Still seems to have the occasional crash for no reason, but I haven't had to use a frame limiter.

I haven't tried PotC under the newest update of Windows 10. It would be very nice indeed if that were fixed.

That is like saying don't upgrade from windows 98 to vista. That literrally made no sense I have yet to play a game that was made in the last decade that doesn't work on windows 10. Maybe when it was new it had issues but I got like 300 games on steam so far I have tried like 50 of them on windows 10 runs great. In fact all new games are built for windows 10 and 64bit so its more like if you intend to run somehting older then 2008 then you should consider getting soemthing other then windows 10.

Its sad still holdouts out there with no clue what they are talking about when it comes to OS choice. You not part of that wierd group I see on 64 bit games ragging about vista 32 not running a 2016+ game are you?

*YOU* have yet to play.... See the problem?

If I could have Windows 7 on this machine, I would. For those who never had a problem with Windows 10, enjoy. I'm glad it's working for you.

Didn't we hear the same things about Vista?

1 game isnt working correctly and the other 3 randomly crashes depending of the situation...

I have another PC with Windows XP. XP can play anything. A lot of DOS games too. And if it won`t play A DOS game I use DOSBox. I once had A person tell me to Dual Boot XP and Windows 10. The problem with that is. You can`t find A XP driver for new GPU`s. And if you use An old GPU (eg. GForce 9800) you can`t play new games on Windows 10. Unless you swap out hardware every time you switch.
