Their solution was to shove in some options to turn off level based damage and tone down some options to be a little more challenging, then just dump a load of the same copy paste content into it but charge money for some of it.
It's a shame because there are some nice systems in place, but anyone reading should just play wildlands and if they finished that they might want to try the first person mod for a fresh experience imo.
Well if your question if breakpoint has AI Team, yes it does have, but they are simply more fire power and later 1-2 tricks. Dont expect them to be clever. But they also dont hinder your gameplay.
Yeah you could play it but you will lose your soul.
If you dont need that go buy it you were warned.
Not sure any major problem that this game is letting down?
I just wanna play out the story, is that anything wrong with the story mode?
Ok listen the game is absolutly playable, its just dull, ubisoft took the wrong corner and the game got hammered for it to ditch the good stuff that wildlands had with some more mediocre stuff and bland design choices.
If you really want to play a more pretty wildlands with worse missions, ridiculous story, boring world and characters, do it I wont stop you.
You certainly can have fun for that money, its not broken its just bland.
Not as extreme but some missions arent far off from that.
If you're really craving to try it you can just buy it and refund it after 2 hours, because the gameplay is constantly repeating so you have a good idea of what the rest of the game is like by then.
Imo the writing of the story is the equivalent of something like twilight or teenage wolf, it's insulting to use Tom Clancy's name in this case.
It's just bland and the entire game (including the main storyline) just feels like it's a filler sidequest.
That's my opinion though, maybe just try it and see for yourself.
Well, the Missions were a lot more fun in general, you couldnt just blaze directly into the base and melee everyone (thats still possible in Breakpoint because you heal when melee if you choose too). AND YES I AM TALKING HIGHEST DIFFICULTY ON "REALISTIC".
Dismantling the cartel was also way more authentic and the individual backstory was more interesting, also imho the Bolivia map was overall more interesting as overworld especially with all the eastereggs.
The enemies were more dangerous especially later on when you had to face Unidat soldiers GTA Police like where more and more and harder enemies could raid you.
The wolves are a joke in comparison.
Wildlands had actual civils and civil traffic. Also most of the drones feel completly out of the game world.
Overall Wildlands can entertain you longer with more variety, while Breakpoints is more bland and that achieves it way quicker.
In comparison, the only 3 things breakpoint has better is:
-better graphics (which are definetly nice to watch but unfortunatly the Island kinda holds it back because all places feel dead and empty)
-smoother controls and smoother (but also some hilarious ugly) animations and ofc
-npc AI especially in coop dont know your locations while in wildlands they literally run towards you even if a teammate was spotted (which is definetly a big plus)
--honorable mention for the submarine base, pretty much awesome mission with lots of ways to approach.
I am a masochist yes dont kink shame me.
