Which Resident Evil game for co-op?

Hi, me and a friend are looking for a horror co-op game. There seems to be several Resident Evil games you can co-op in, which of them would you suggest?

RE5, easily. But there's no local co-op unless you use the GFWL beta code and then add a mod. It works great but as it's GFWL, there's no DLC, and the DLC is fantastic. Personally, I've mostly used consoles for RE5 as a result, but you can get a great deal out of it if you want to use the mod for the GFWL PC version and just do the main game and Mercenaries. The main game really gets fun on veteran rather than normal, in my opinion (but I'm really used to the mechanics of RE4 and 5).

I haven't played Raid mode yet in Revelations, but so far, the single-player campaign is not too enjoyable in my opinion.

Besides that, I can recommend a game on here called How to Survive (not Resident Evil). I have the regular one and it's lovely. I believe there's an over-the-shoulder version that didn't go over as well.

Thanks for the response. Do you mean local co-op as in for lan? We just play online together, that's possible yes? I'll check the other game out you suggested!

Local co-op refers to split-screen on the same PC. Over LAN should be no different to regular on-line multiplayer, which works fine in RE5.

RE5 oder RE Revelations ...

RE5, easily, yes. RE6 could be considered if you like corridor shooters and QTEs. Revelations 2 is also built around co-op, but there only one person can shoot and the other can point at things.

6 but the qte are too much!! but raid mode in revelations 2 is qool.

RE5 and RE Revelations. In the last place is RE6 because it's weak game.
