Rivals 2 has over 9000.
One was a political propaganda tool cloaked in the skin of a game that got exposed way before it released, the other one is a labor of love from a group of people who genuily love what they are doing.

Rivals 2, I don't own it yet, but based on what I see and what the playtest offered, the game looks like it's well worth the price
However, Concord devs were definitely guilty of insulting their potential customers. They should not have gone around insulting customers and still expect them to pay for the game. That's their own fault Concord failed 2 weeks in.
