Vsync/Exclusive Fullscreen issue
Specs:

Monitor: LG C1 Television
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7800X3D
GPU: RTX 4090

Was having screen tearing even with RivaTuner set to 119FPS limit (TV is 120hz) so I tried enabling Vsync but that limited my Framerate to 60FPS. So I was changing to "Exclusive Fullscreen" to see if that fixed it but and it loses signal and shows black screen with that.

Anybody else have the issue?

In case others see this, restarting the game fixed Vsync, but I don't know if another setting I changed was the cause.

I recommend keeping "Show Launcher" selected because game won't boot with "Exclusive Fullscreen" for me so if you boot into a black screen that may be the issue.

If you've turned off the launcher is there a way to make it show up again? because i've got the same black screen issue

Remember to change the Windows desktop refresh to 120 Hz when you're done messing with this stuff and want to fix your actual problem ;)

Same here. Changed screen settings to "Exclusive Fullscreen" and now screen blinks black and control doesn't work.

Launcher turned off and i caat find ini file with game settings? Nvidia app hasn't settings fo this game too

This seems like a bug. Vsync was halving refresh rate. Deleting the Suckerpunch folder in %appdata% fixed the issue for me. Backup the folder first to be safe.
