Can't interact with anything

Hey guys, I've experienced some kind of connection problems with all servers. As far as I know, there are no servers I can really play on. It worked alright for the first 9 hours of gameplay, but now, just as I said, nothing works anymore.
After joining a server, I can't..
-open doors or gates
-jump (and neither I can use these [F1]-[F4] actions)
-take something in my hand (my gun, my canteen, ..)
-pick up any items
-change the positions of items in my inventory
-use items in my inventory
and there are probably more things I can't do^^
The only actions I can do ist lifting my hands using [SPACE] and walking around and
seeing the player pings when pressing

only works on few servers.

I have already read about people experiencing this kind of problem(s) and some said it won't work on servers running a different version, but as far as I can tell, there are only servers running the version I have, or at least I can't see any outdated servers in my server list.

Well, these are the problems I am experiencing, I really hope someone will be able to help me.

Same here. When rightklicking any items there's written "receiving" and all players got a ping of 0ms. Very strange.

I am getting the same. But some things are still kind of working. I am able to put stuff in my bag. I don't see it happen but if I leave the server and rejoin the item is there. Also even though they do not look like they are doing anything the zombies are ripping you a new one and you don't know it until you exit and rejoin a server and you are bleeding and seeing gray. I don't want to die again, but it worked for about a day after I had died.

Well, the problem has been solved because I lost all my stuff :P works fine again, i just kept joining servers and immediately did [Alt]+[F4] as soon as it said 'ready' in the lower left corner. I have read this suggestion in a thread about similar problems.

maybe you stacked backpack to backpack? if i had too much load i had the same experience. after gettng rid of my backpack( throwing away joining new server) i was able to to act freely... without hte items but with the new goal to equip.

I HAD that issue to, but i also got a fix for that :

After you have connected to any server, immediately try to press right click on any item of your inventory. This should still work then. If it does work, you disconnect from the server and join the same server again! Then you should be able to play properly

Right click only gives people a "receiving" status message. Also, right click and do what?
