From what I've read and experienced, the sun in dayz is affected by latitude, which makes navigating my the sun pointless and frustrates me. Though I've also had a pristine compass tell me the cost of Berezino generally runs from east to west with the coast being the east, so... good luck, better learn the map. Its why I dont head further north than the airfields, cant navigate for ♥♥♥♥ nor do I particularly care to learn with broken tools.
There is only 1 little military location , a construction side, a train station and a few small citys north of the NWAF, so nothing special besides 1 City , which kinda drags on along 2-3 roads and is huge in length. Amazing the 1. time you see it, after that it isnt.^^
directly at map end.
