Scopes not showing when zooming in.

When i try to look through any scope, be it the PU, the red dot, ACOG. I get the zoom effect, but the scope and the scope retical is missing completly, i cant aim at all with scopes because of this and am stuck to using ironsights only.

Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it? Iv already validated and reinstalled, it is still happening.

getting the same thing the only fix i have found is to shut down steam completely and run it as an administrator it forces to game to fully reload the model for the scope reticle.
