Hand - / Inventory Bugged after fishing

Hello Everyone!
Today i tried out the new Map Sakhal that came with the new DLC. In my 4Hours playtime of the new DLC so far, it now happend twice, that i got completely hand bugged / inventory bugged, after trying to catch a fish. Everything was working fine until i "Yanked" by releasing the left mouse button and after the "catch" animation, i pressed <TAB> to see if there is a fish to pick up.

--> And exactly after that moment ( i didnt do anything else) i couldnt put any item in my hands or even drop any item on the floor. I got completely bugged. It also happend TWICE. I also got it on video, since i streamed when this happened.

Steps how this happened to me:

1. Everything was working as inteded
2. Start fishing by holding down left mouse button
3. the qt-event (splash sound) appeared
4. immediatle released the left mouse button to "YANK" the fish
5. waited for the "get fish of the hook / of the fishing rod" animation to finish/almost finish
6. Pressed <TAB> to see if fish is on the ground and to pick it up
7. Inventory did not respond to any action i was performing
- Could not put anything in my Hands
- Could not move any ITEM around in my Inventory (draging not working)
- Could not drop any ITEM out of my inventory ( not by drag and drop and not by <ctrl>+<left mouse click>


Please Devs take a look into it. I even have it on video, since i streamed it all. So if u need more details from me, dont hesitate to contact me.

This BUG is totally game breaking and robbed me of all joy and excitement for the DLC, playing Sakhal for the first time.
Got kinda tilted after it happend the second time today in a matter of 1 hour.

I have the same problem but I’m playing on the Livonia map.

I reported this a few weeks ago. But it only happened to me if I yanked when I heard the water sound but before the animation played. Now I don't yank until I see the water animation and I don't get inventory bugged.
