The server list is not showing

Hello, can anyone help. When a small update to the game came out, I couldn't play on some servers because they weren't updated, I went to play on another one, played for a while and then left the game and the luncher. After re-entering the same day, it DELETED my entire list of favorite and recently played servers. In addition, I cannot search for most of these servers by name or IP address. There was something I found somewhere that if you delete a file called "server list" or something like that in the files, it will help idk. Please help

This is (basically) a problem with how the launcher searches for servers. It's common. It's putting a strain on your internet that your internet can't handle which is causing the "timeout" so to speak. The solution is open a tab on your web browser like google or youtube, or a site your frequent and wait for it to properly load, then refresh the launcher and wait for I'd say 30 seconds or so to see if it's loading anything. If this doesn't resolve your issue, I cannot provide any other alternatives.

tldr; Dayz server browser can crash your internet and this happens to a lot of players.
