Always coughing and sneezing

ive taking so many cough pills and ive been coughing for about 4 irl days now and its kinda making me mad because i have 0 chance of sneaking up people because ill just start sneezing and coughing anyone know how to fiz this or is it a bad bug

You can heal it. I took a few pills, not many. Takes a while (1 or 2 hours). I guess your problem is that you do not care about cold.

well i stay in a building at night and when it rains so im not even sure how i got sick

If you have low blood and drink stream water without purifying it first that can make you sick. Pills of all sorts are easy to get in clinics and hospitals
