Randomly lost almost all of my blood, keep passing out

So I was just walking along normally, and all of a sudden I received a wound icon and instantly passed out. At first I thought I was hit, but highly unlikely as it was in the middle of the woods, no shot or swing sounds played. I then spent about 20-30 minutes going into shock from low blood, eventually creeped to the point where I am 'stable' enough to move freely again.
Has anyone else had this happen? Or what might cause it?

@BAMMARGERA I know this. My Hunter boots were in Pristine, it still doesn't explain 5000blood to 2500 in a flash.

Not sure. I play on official FPV only :| I mean something could've hit me, but you'd think they'd finish me or something... losing 2000+ blood is absurd for a instant blink of an eye :S

This happened to me too. Screen starts to look greyish and suddenly I fell unconscious while loosing all my blood.
