Way to control hotbar without 1-9 keys.

I suggest you change the way the hotbat works just a little bit. Give players the option to enable 1-9 number option, or opt for an option where when they're quick hotbar is open, they can scroll to an item and then middle mouse click (configruble) to select whatever item they are scrolled to.

Thats why I suggest making the scroll wheel only control the inventory whenevver the hotbar is opened, so people can open and close it with one button, then use the scroll wheel and middle mouse to choose something (I'd also think the middle mouse click would choose the item and close the hotbar), and if it's too confusing for people to use the scrollwheel for 2 things like this (hotbar and already implemented scroll menus) then have the option in the config to turn it off, or bind it to a different key instead of mouse wheel up/mouse wheel down.
