Epi Pen / combat stim

I realy love the epi pen, but you have to admit, it is not a classical medication (though it can be used as such) but more of a combat-stim. It is realy powerfull, no stamina-loss for a full minute allowing you to charge/escape/relocate with 100kg of loot on you if nessasary or cross a dangerous location in the open quickly. I like the Idea (and would even say there could be more stims making medical loot more important) but there should be a drawback to using epi-pen other than having to find and carry one in the first place. I am thinking of something like 1000-2000 energy loss after using it, or slowed stamina regeneration for 2-5 minutes after the initial boost is gone. The powerboost you get has to come from your body, so even though I dont know what the real live effects of epi-pen (its adrenaline right?) might be, there should be something to think about when using it.

You don't want to use Epinephrine regularly, there are just too many side effects ( not in game though because reasons ). That being said i do hope they add a more sophisticated version of the medical system sooner than later before adding more weapons.
