The gamefiles has co2 canisters in the files for the tranqilser gun so i suppose a CO2 air gun could be added or a simple break barrel type that uses spring power
There is a .50 version for bigger prey but tbh they would be a total waste of resources because the amount of players using them would be abysimal. They all want AKs after all.

exactly and the 22 trumpet doesn't do anything so why would we need a pellet rifle lol
But who in a post war russian state would have the cash to buy a 700$ air rifle when a 100$ double barrel shotgun is more effective? And don't forget how would you charge the air rifle? 12g cartridges won't do so would you run around with a scuba tank on your back instead of a backpack?
