How do I use a "Saline Bag" ? I have a few of them but don't know how to use it on my teammates or my self.

You need a IV start kit. Than connect the salin and the start kit. ;D

You can´t use it on yourself, only on your mates.

And this bag refils my blood to full right? or rather my friends.

I think not at maximum... After the transfusion you must eat and trink to fill your blood level to maximum.

If your screen is now gray.. is´t after the transfusion colored.

This new blood system is hard for some people to understand and it is difficult to understand the blood system. Saline Bags give you 100% blood no matter what while Blood Bags only give 20%, Saline bags are basicly the new way to go from 1000 blood all the way back up to 5000(the maximum). You guys know that saline is used to rehydrate people. its not a blood bag?

Captin thats where your wrong in this one, I know Saline is used to keep you from dehydrating IRL but in game it maxes your blood too the top, Its how it was coded, I'm not gonna complain it has saved me many of times

I wish it worked to. Usually when I meet a player they just shoot me or they have a broken leg.

Dropping a bag of NS into someone does more than hydrate you in RL...it is a fluid replacement for someone in hypovolemic shock. Doesn't replace your blood but it does keep your blood pressure up. Anyways, ya you should be able to give the saline to yourself.
