Unable to combine Saline bag and IV starter kit

Seems like a bug but I am unable to combine my IV starter kit with Saline bag to use it. I've tried two different IV starter kits and even sprayed all three with disinfectant spray. Anyone have any idea if I am missing something? Or is this just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug?

I dont think you can combine these 2 atm, i thought it would work aswell but the only thing i can combine with the Starter Kit are my bloodbags.

Ahh I see thanks. I'm guessing the bloodbag had to be full when you combined them?

it works on me..just make sure your saline bag is not SALINE BAG IV
saline bag+iv starter kit =saline bag iv

Working for me aslo. Make sure your saline is one slot. If it is two then it already is combined. Yes you can find them precombined on the floor.
