Never going to happen. DayZ is not the game for you, just being honest. Unless you join a Private RP server with strict rules. That's always an option.
You say that as developer of the game or is that just your personal believe?
As far as I know the Arma II Mod has PvE only servers where the team damage is off.
Makes me coming to the conclusion that this game is for douchebags :P
I've already played over 40 hours but I only run into people which fit into my evalution from above.
Pitty...
I heard many different things about the PvE mode in the mod.
I played the original mod back in 2012, you are thinking of private hives that setup their own rules. When it comes down to the original DayZ mod, it was heavily PVP influenced. If you are looking for a PVE style DayZ, find a private server. Just remember that you're playing half of the game.
It's against server hosting rules to host PVE public servers, if that tells you anything.
I mean it's really annoying if you get chased and shot by other players even if you don't want any interaction.
Beside that the game is very nice.
But I think it will still take some time since the beta isn't even out yet.
However, Bohemia did a good job so far.
I'm glad that you're still optimistic and have some faith in the good will of others...
Now seriously, please don't compare a video game with real life.
I know how the world sucks but I enjoy video games since they're not real but quite entertaining.
If I shot someone in a video game no one should blame me for that.
Except if that virtual person was another player and not a NPC. So he probably is mad about his loss of virtual life.
But if I would shoot a person in reality... Guess what?
Hope you got my point ;)
go play left for dead its more what you seem to seek
Hope you got my point =)
But you cannot compare DayZ and Left for Dead.
The only thing which fits is that both games have zombies.
From my side, I would play DayZ also in single player if there exist one.
Just because of the gameplay, the open world and the whole setting.
I also won't call the features you've listed "realistic".
They're immersive that's true but far away from realistic like everything else in a video game.
Or have you ever take a dump with your DayZ char? :D
If video games get realistic I probably will start to not like them anymore.
But that's only my point again...
Here the features that will be implemented: http://www.dayztv.com/standalone/dayz-standalone-confirmed-features/
ANIMATIONS
Vomiting (possibly confirmed, Rocket has discussed)
Pooping (confirmed)
Waving (confirmed in vidblog)
lol you didnt seem to take me srsly about ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in dayz but here proof man, rocket even wants to implements infectious diseases here link:http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/107637-feedback-on-status-of-infectious-diseases-in-dayz/
Well you probably will stop playing video games sooner than expected but thats only my point ;)
