No......but you can craft the face mask from a type of bandana...

I find them in residential homes. Got a pristine black with white paisley one right now. Very sexy.

Found the camo one in the garage next the ATC at NEAF, and the purple and the black ones in the factory type buildings that look like the piano houses on the outside.

I am going to throw it out there assuming you didn't know all ready. That folding stock, especially combined with a PS0-1 Scope, is a bad idea. They are awful for medium and long range. I would suggest and AKM or AK101 stock, which is the best stock available for the AK variant weapons in this game if you want ranged accuracy.
