How Do I FIx '0xCFFFFFFF - STATUS_APPLICATION_HANG' When Launching DayZ?

I've tried everything to fix my game but it has been broken since January this year. Heres a list of what I've done
1.verified the game files
2. Wiped both my SSD and Hard Drive
3. Optimised my game
4. Followed every youtube 'fix' video i could find
5. contacted both Steam and Bohemia

Really want to play one of my favourite games again and it really sucks i can't. Can someone please message id you know the solution.
