zombies walking thru wall
So i have created alot of new areas on my server. 1 of the areas the bears, zombies, creatures etc just walk thru every object in the entire compound. Anyone know of a reason or fix?

Its a net of information (quite literallly) that tells npcs how far they can move.

im not in dayz modding so can't answer that - i'd assume though that you need certain tools which allow to see different layers of a map. Last time i was dabbling in navmeshes while playing "fallout 4", years ago. Bugthesdas games environment is always divided by cells and each has a net of triangles which are called navmeshes. That net tells npcs where they can reach. If its not in place then npcs will teleport around and get stuck. Also, models needed to have collision markers - which works like walls irl. Navmesh worked along this collision. Without that all actors could walk through models.

I gotcha. maybe it has something to do with the dayz editor and how i extracted the file and date
