DayZ Can't compile world script module

I am can not get to the community servers and when i try to start the game i get a can't compile world script module i am 67 years old can i get some help with issue.

You are most likely not subscribed to a (dependancy) mod.

Check the mods list of the server and then check the dayz workshop if you are subscribed.
