I'd say balota but I really don't know, I don't hang around Elektro anymore.

Police Station in Elektro and you got Two Feuerwehr Stations you can also Loot in Elektro.
and several Piano Houses.
If the Hunters/Campers there dont get you, you have good chance to find a Balistic Weapon
and some Bullets.

I am fully aware of how to handle myself in DayZ but I just needed to know if there were any closer military spawn locations to Elektro then Balota, because that's where I've been going whenever I need military loot.
