Hi ! we are fans of dayz from iran and we decided to setup server for iran becuse we want good ping and speed please help me nerd ! i have vps

Just google "dayz server hosting" and you'll get a list of suppliers.

On a more serious note, look for a server provider such as MPGH or similiar and rent a server. However you may not kick people from, or lock your server
