Persistence and how to turn it on/off

Im trying to setup an enjoyable private server for my mates (who are new to the game and a lil stubborn) and im trying to work out how to turn persistence on/off within the dayzServer files. I cannot find any thread relating to this anywhere, is this because I simply cant access this setting? Cheers

in your server config, this line:

serverTimePersistent=1; // Persistent Time (value 0-1)// The actual server time is saved to storage, so when active, the next server start will use the saved time value.
