Best Server Hosting Provider?

I don't know all the providers that are out there.. But I'm on the US West Coast. Who would you recommend for that region? As I Only know of :

Host Havoc, GPortal and Nitrado


Host prices for a 20 slot server for Los Angels

Gportal = $20.50
Havoc = $18.50
Nitrado = $20.15

Price wise, Havoc is the cheapest, BUT, that doesn't necessarily mean its the best either. I need one with a good UI and the easiest means to transfer, add, remove or modify mods.

i used GTX as a host for a few months but wasnt really satisfied. mainly i had issues with their server performance, which was never fixed.
i switched to survivalservers and they doin a great job. server runs great and support is given quite fast if any issues. its around 18$ for 20 slots.

Nitrado and G-Portal were pretty similar, they are trying to help but every time i had a server running on either host there was always some major problem on multiple servers running the same game that lasted for days and i couldn't play on the server or had to reset the entire progress because something broke....again.

When my mate and i built our new rigs, we put together a rig from the parts
we had to run as a dedicated server. It is Basically a "toaster" but, it does
the job really well. It IS more complicated to set up and and slightly more to run
than a rented wen you consider the time it takes, buying a copy of the game/DLC's
up dating, adding mods, taking them off again.. and of course they consume power.
But. I can run multiple DayZ servers, i can run a DayZ server AND a Space Engineers
server AND a Subsistance server ALL at the same time ...and on...

I'm impressed on the server slot count. Can get 30 for $20.30 a month. Do they do upgrades on the fly and quickly?
