spawning items in a solo server

i just made a server not renting one and im trying to spawn items in but am not sure how to add the mods to the server or just spawn items in im new to the whole hosting my own server and am not sure how it all works any help will be appreciated

I know this reply is pretty late from when you posted it, but the simplest way to spawn items in is to add a mod from the workshop that allows for Admin tools. Such as VPP Admin Tools or Community Online Tools. You'll have to add your Steam GUID and alter a few files to allow your character in game to access these mods (if they aren't set up then they won't allow you to access the Admin UI).
