Food and Drink Question
I heard you can keep eating and drinking and eventually a full symbol will appear to replace the three arrows above relavant icon. Is this true or am i just wasting food by over eating?

Nope, you're heard correct, there is a stomach symbol showing up to the left of the row of symbols/icons on your screen when you're stomach is filled up...drink or eat any more and you're going to puke...
