In game voice chat

Hey everyone, having an issue with DayZ in game voice chat not working. I would SINCERELY appreciate any help with this, its honestly infuriating that I cannot find a solution to this problem.

My mic works fine in Discord, windows mic test, every other game - this is a problem ONLY in DayZ. I press the assigned PTT button, the mic icon appears, but nobody can hear me. Ive tried multiple official and community servers to no avail. This has happened to me once before, deleting my XML files fixed it, but this time it didnt help.

PLEASE dont recomend the following TS steps as ive tried them already:
-Made sure my mic is set to default in windows
-Made sure my mic is set to default in Steam
-No other mics to disable
-Tried different PTT keys
-Disabled "Voice Activation" in game settings
-DayZ has access to the mic
-Drivers for sound are up to date & windows reports device working correctly
-Disabled exclusive mode for mic
-No, im not wearing a helmet, mask, or anything else on my face
-Ive made sure to turn up the voice volume in DayZ (3 soundwaves next to mic)
-Verified game files
-Restarted PC several times
-There are no other places to plug mic into PC

---->>> My in game voice was working fine for weeks, then it randomly stopped. I was able to fix it by deleting XML files. Worked again for several weeks and recently decided to stop working AGAIN.

Since March none of my Mics have worked in Dayz, I've tried literally everything to get them running again, When I press the voice range up / down it's also backwards and there is no middle ground, there's a lot of us having this problem, Bohemia won't address it, it's ruined the game completely- also in windows security DayZ hasn't tried to access my Mic since it stopped, this is definitely a Dayz problem not a windows config issue
