Cant connect to any servers

I try to join and it gives me the error message
Warning (0x00040031)
Your were kicked off the game.
login error:
Login timed out.
(AuthPlayerLoginState)

i have tried all of the fixes i can find (change character name, reset internet, restart pc, remove all mods and verify files, reinstall) nothing works and its only changed since this latest update

I have an error saying:

"CONNECTING FAILED (0x00020013)
Client is a newer build than the server.
Please wait until the server is updated.
(Client Build: 154567 > Server Build: 154535)"

There may have been a hotfix that deployed without me realising, was playing fine last night.

Goto Documents Folder and Delete the DayZ folder.
Now press windows key + R and type %localappdata%
Delete the contents of the DayZ folder.
Goto Steam Library and right click DayZ, goto properties and then workshops.
Unsubscribe from all mods.
Restart Steam.
Now Verify your DayZ game files.
Open Steam and then DZSA, join the server (download server mods) join.

These issues might be causes by outages in the Steam login servers, so if there is an outage, no solution other than waiting.
