Game doent load - DayZ.exe - Bad image error message

C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/MSVCR120.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system admin/software vendor. Error status 0xc000012f.
Does anyone know what to do with this system error message? ive reinstallec and clean reinstalled game many times, updated drivers, checked for viruses, run game as admin and DayZ still doesnt work, any help would be apppreciated.

yeah i tried a few things on there, none really related to my issue though

so it pretty much points to a windows error. so you can either do this

uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010


As the issue still persists, I suggest you to download the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 and check if it helps.


So my solution (I just had a massive update that obviously replaced the MSV120.DLL) was thus:

Remove all Visual Studio versions (I had a lot - like 12)

restart

install the 2013 version

restart
