"Member already defined", cant launch game.

When i try to start the game, i get the following error message:

File C:\Users\User\Documents\Dayz\Dayz.cfg, line 31: .PostFx:
Member Already Defined.

I have verified my game files on steam, which did nothing. Any fixes?

Delete the Dayz Folder under documents ... will create a new on! is an error in cfg file.

thanks, but i just reinstalled the game and it worked. thank you anyway! i'll keep that in mind if it happens again
