error code problem

every time i launch dayz it comes up to the black screen with the dayz sign and then after that it crashes it doesnt let me get into the main menu all it does is crash right away and i get the error code 0x00007FFFF2973C58. what is this error code for and how do i fix it because as of right now i cant play dayz at all and i have tried so many different things to try and fix it but nothing is working

try sfc / scannow in cdm.exe mode "admin rights needed"

right click start search type cmd / right click command pronpt / run as aministrator / you may get a prompt up asking to verify click yes/ type in box sfc / scannow / let pc do the rest.

This will check your pc for errors.

could be anything from software to a hardware problem.

i was able to run dayz not to long ago on the 64 bit and then just one day it just stops working i dont know what the problem is i have tried everything and i know my computer can run dayz cause like i said i was able to play it in 64 bit not to long ago and i have directx12

just tried and did the same thing comes up with

i have verified the files and redown loaded it 3 times now and still isnt working

have you verified the integrity game files.

yes and it says there is nothing wrong

then you may have to do what i say earlier or try doing a system restore to last known good see if that solves the issue. It could also be a virus! try running a scan i use malawarebytes anti malware its free too use.

okay so i restarted my computer and ran a test on dayz said it was fine and still doesnt work so how do i do a system restore or what should i try first

yeah im kinda new to the hole pc thing so not really sure where to go for that lol

for system restore start / search / type control panel then goto control panel destop apps/ double left click to open then goto recovery/ double left click to open open then goto system restore / next / choose a restore point then next let system restore do the rest

sfc / scannow just check pc for errors if it finds errors it will ask you what you want to do.

you dont have to do anything if your not sure, but if it finds something its a link to the problem google it before you decide.
