Haven't tried it but can't you unpin a grenade, rush some folks, and when you are killed won't you drop a hot grenade? Still, someone posted about IEDs. That would be pretty nasty if one could run in with it in their hands, pack, or even duct taped to their body while either they... or better yet... someone else detonates remotely? You could capture someone, force feed them poison berries and tell them to run to an enemy group and, well, you get the idea.
