Kerbal Space Program

Kerbal Space Program

Ez a téma ki van emelve, tehát valószínűleg fontos.

[MEGATHREAD] What did you do in KSP today? (pic heavy)
Hi everyone! In honor of the new update that is coming out soon, I would like to create a nice user-friendly thread with the high hopes of making it a megathread.

Here's the question: What did you do in Kerbal Space Program today?

I formed a plan to get to Duna and successfully executed the first task of my mission: Build the ship. Here it is:

The rendezvous and docking went smoothly. It only took me some 20 minutes to rendezvous and an extra 5-10 minutes to dock. Now all I have to do is wait a while for Duna to align itself properly, then I'll be good to go.

What did you do?

^^^^ Neat Idea!!!! Just how on my ion lander I left the rcs, chutes, monoprop and stuff in orbit of kerbin since the lander didn't need that stuff for minmus only returning home.

Love this concept too. Just when you think you've tried everything, there's a new idea. Very, original man. I've put a space plane on the Mun before, but simply tipped it onto it's landing gears before landing. This looks way cooler.

Started development on a new spaceplane. Hopefully it will one day replace my Munraker Shuttle. This is an image of the first design.

After making some radical changes and addressing failures all that remains is getting it to work.

Minmus Base:

Following some final testing of a modular escape pod that has been added to the Station Lander module, the Voyager 11 mission to launch a base to Minmus begins.

Relatively new, but fearless recruit Gerrie Kerman is the Navigation Commander, following his successful debut flight to Minmus as Mission Specialist. He will be the only one on this flight who has been to Minmus before.

Two time moon landing Co-Pilot veteran Henmund Kerman is the Station Commander, and single moon landing veteran Bob Kerman joins as Payload Commander.

All 3 share overall Mission Command duties and are joined by 4 new recruits, scientists Keldan and Adble, and test pilots Sean and Rodred. For all 4 this is their first ever spaceflight of any kind.

Did anyone else know that there is a tundra biome right outside KSC? It sure beats having to fly all the way to a real tundra...

Shelving the K-133 prototype, I looked to an earlier design I was working on.

My second shuttlecraft concept (Yet to be named) was an approach to bringing kerbals up to space in an efficient manner. Unfortunately getting to orbit consumed the entire liquid fuel supply. However I equipped her with a pair of the new monoprop engines as an auxiliary means of propulsion. Using these I managed to bring her to Simka which still remains in orbit.

One relatively simple docking process later:

Now I can send a Brefnish Resupply vehicle up to refuel her.

Seems legit lel
Gilly - at least 3 landings for the price of 1.

Hat tip to those 'real life on asteroid landers' - now i can guess how hard that was. :Khappy:
