Are the official forums down again? Anyone know if it will get repaired again?

Yes, unfortunately it's down since last Wednsday, Oct 16th early morning.

Vanamonde reached us on Reddit saying that the people in charge are aware and working on the problem, but they didn't told him anything more.

Forum is still owned by Private Division that, besides being only a shell company right now, it's still alive and owned by Take2. So, someone on Take2 got in charge, or someone was left on PD to carry on such tasks.

I want to say that if Take2 would be willing to just shutdown the thing, they would get rid of the Front Page and left he domain pinpointing to nowhere. So IMHO they are willing to keep the thing ongoing.

Why they are taking so much to fix Forum, is anyone's guess. But I had some educated guesses of my own.

You can access the forum. It's just that you can't access anything on the forum.

Guys, can you help? I haven't logged into the game for a long time and noticed that the "Action Groups" button has disappeared. Does anyone know what the problem is?

This is getting worrying. So much useful information on those forums, especially for mod troubleshooting. I know several people have archived the wiki, but since most people avoid these forums it will be hard to coordinate a new one if we lose the wiki too. I guess there will always be Reddit, but that's a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

On a side note, a whole week down due a "small configuration issue" is... Awkward, to say the least.

Note: Dakota is just passing the word ahead, he's only the messenger, not the guy officially speaking for Forum.

Well, not entirily back, seems like they are getting overwhelmed with everyone flocking back at once so I'm still getting occasional "502 Bad Gateway" error.

O the other hand, they are entirelly back including the 502 Bad Gateways...

Serious now, these 502 are a completely different problem that are happening more or less since late May/early June IIRC.

Now I'm only getting 502 bad gateways, and not able to load any pages of the forums. This really sucks, lots of valuable resources and guides in there. Not to mention all the bug fixing that has been discussed and is useful for troubleshooting.
