Report a translation problem
Make sure fuel tab in the upper right is out.
Also right click the engine so we can see if you capped your thrust.
Do you mean you have to throttle it up manually rather than it being at max by default?
If so check game settings at start up.
I do use advanced tweakables, and I still have no idea what he's on about...
Seems like you have stuff going on in game no one understands from your description.
You don't seem to want to upload any screenshots to verify any issues you may be having or even identify what may be going on.
Uninstall any mod managers
Uninstall game
manually go to the Kerbal Space Program folder under steamapps- common to completely remove/delete the whole folder so any corrupted or mod files get deleted
Reinstall "clean" version of game
check operation of game before adding in any mods or old saves.
Opt out of any beta to have the current version.
Using mods will just make issues more complicated to help you with if you don't understand what is a mod issue and what isn't.
Remember modding is done at your own risk.
After a clean install..
