Then you should set the docking aquiring force on both to zero, and then when you want to activate it, change the force on the rear-docking port. You can also clip many docking ports in the front, so you get more force, more docking ports in front are more efficient than more docking ports in the back (Well, at least that's what Matt Lowne said)
So basically you can cause some odd reaction by glitching out parts?
Why not just use infinite fuel cheat instead?
But it's different from infinite fuel. Infinite fuel is a cheat built into the game, this version of a Kraken Drive is just a glitch that can be used (It's still kinda cheating though), and it comes with it's own challenges.
To each their own I suppose.
People, people. Its software. "KSP Reality" is as some programmer (or group) decided it to be, not actual reality. That they can be fairly similar makes it entertaining, not some new reality.

Or I just found a better Analogy. It's like trying to push a Car while sitting inside it. Doesn't work.
