Bloody Whetstone (Decapitate) / Blessed Whetstone (Behead)

IIRC, those skills both had CDs. Now they don't. But also don't trigger attack effects, like Primal Strike without CD. However with dual ranged, attacks are "like" default: shot from one pistol, or another, or both. So either hint that "this isn't attack replacer" is missing (like the one Primal Strike has) or those are bugged. Or a third totally valid option: there are many skills like that and I don't remember. (Because my last character with attack effects was years ago and I don't exactly remember every skill overall)
P.S. Now looking at attack replacers, I "remember" that they have hint "when used as a default weapon attack". I was looking at that other way around: spammable NOT replacers have hints and use fixed animations, when DC/BH both don't have the hint and use basic attack animations. Eh, I was honestly hoping that's a bug.

Now they have no cooldown, but they're not Default Attack Replacers, so they don't trigger Weapon Pool Skills.
