When does endgame start?
Just finished Elite difficulty with my Cold TSS Warlock. I'm a bit confused on how to do my endgame now. Do i have to finish ultimate too? It'S not that I mind that much, I just want to know when do I need to do the dungeons and SR.

I also know that doing the campaign again on ultimate will also grind my rep for nemesis and augments. Did you guys start your endgame farming after ultimate or sooner? I'm a bit confused on the road ahead right now.

Thx in advance.

u def want to do dungeons in ultimate, you can do sr at any time really. Just the farther you go the better rewards, the limiting factor is you and your build. End game starts when you are equipped/able to handle it

It's totally personal preference. Depends on what you need to accomplish. You can do SR and/or Crucible any time. You should try them and see how you like them. There are some endgame hidden bosses and items only available in Ultimate campaign. There are some loot items only available in SR. If you need faction rep, I think you have to do campaign, but I'm not 100% sure. You need to do at least the 1st part of Ultimate campaign to get to Ultimate SR. If you want to be an expert, do them both.

Personally, I did almost all my farming in the campaign (mostly monster totems and nemesis) as I don't really like SR and don't own Crucible. You can do farming in SR if you like that better. SR is also good for testing your final level 100 build.

Finish base game on ultimate (don't bother with expansions on normal and elite), then proceed to Ashes of Malmouth and then Forgotten Gods expansions. You will have high enough level to be dropping good gear from boss runs, dungeons and SR. And you can even attempt the 3 secret bosses on ultimate and the 3 ultra bosses on elite.

End game starts when you can use the gear that enables your build to achieve it's goals.

For most that's the late 80s to early 90s...
In my experience most builds come fully online by level 94, assuming you have the gear waiting and ready to go. After that it's fine tuning and optimisation.

I would say Endgame is L100. Some might say L94+ but either way Ultimate difficulty.

Endgame is like farming for specific gear, farming for recipes, crafting, min/maxing stats, playing around with different builds & trying different devotions, farming the SR for loot, etc.

I always save end game for after ultimate. It just seems right. Sometimes I get sick of it and start doing SR and farming stuff before I do act 7 ultimate, but thats because I use mandates and xp potions, so I'm already lvl 100 with maxed rep by that point. I don't worry about getting nemesis ever really. It just happens naturally if I play a single character long enough. I only have 1 char with nemesis on everything. Played that guy a whole lot.

Endgame starts as soon as you are nemesis with any faction :D
