Reset Class(es)
Is It possible to change the class or both choosen classes ingame with current patch?

It can be done with something like GDDefiler or GDStash I think, but not ingame. That option doesn't and won't exist. Not something the devs want in the game.

Make a new character :)

Such a huge combination of classes, that even if you think it's a bad choice now, chances are it'll something you want to do later.

Plus if you are now making more informed class choices I would imagine you'll play quicker and smarter, and level accordingly.
