Target dummies
Zentai would it be possible to have one of the dummies in devils crossing the power to give you damage not a lot just enough to trigger skills that need you to get hit to activate.
I ask because my character at the moment as 4 of these skills and a dummy that can hit you back would help greatly in assessing in safety of being in the base just how much da and oa you really have and how effective these skills work out in the field,it can be tricky changing gear when these skills are not active and it would be nice to get a true dps reading when everything is activated.
Something simpler would be a patch of ground near the dummies you could stand on that deals damage,i say simpler in all honesty i don't have a clue it could be really hard to do but it would be nice.

Yeah it would be nice if they worked like opponents :)

Stuff like Arcane Currents or the Nightblade's spinning blades of death pet-ish things simply don't engage - so you don't feel like you're seeing your full damage.

Yes it would be really helpful especially when you are min-maxing between different pieces and weapons.I have nearly 500% of damage that won't show in the dps because i have to get hit to trigger it all.

you can use the pet attack command to force blade spirits to attack the dummies

(Ashes of Malmouth expansion needed!)

Umm, if you make barrowholm your enemy you can just stand under the Wendigo ward.
Or you can go to Janaxia's dungeon (somewhere in Ugdenbog) and stand under one of her wards.
Or Larria's den can also work since it has wards too.

They just do physical damage to (iirc) and cannot be attacked/targeted.

Thanks i have installed grim internals again it is better than nothing.A dummy that can hit you in the base so you don't have to carry gear all around malmouth to test stuff would be a great addition though.

Considering that many "taking damage"-skills / -gear does buff your attacks, it would help quite a bit in comparing before / after when you try out build modifications.

This BTW is a reason why I would prefer to have these damage-taken-dummies in a hub where there's a soulguide.

Also, while we're at it, I'd love to get some dummies with damage reflect - to calibrate / assess leechtank builds during the min-max fine tuning.

Wouldn't that be a 2-in-1 way to achieve this?
